How pricing and billing work.

Can prices change at renewal?
Prices may be adjusted over time, for example for inflation. A change only applies from your next renewal, and we email you at least 30 days before it does, so you can cancel first if you prefer.
What is Velo Suite?
Velopoint for PowerPoint and Velocel for Excel on one licence key, for $119 a year. The key works in both apps, and a computer counts once whether it runs one app or both, so you are covered on up to 3 computers. Velocel lives at velocel.app.
Why does Team cost more per seat than Individual?
Team is invoiced, managed and supported for a team. You are billed by invoice or purchase order, we add, move or remove seats on request, and you get priority email support. The admin console and shared house standard are rolling out to Team customers first.
How are teams billed?
Annually, by invoice or purchase order, which suits finance and procurement. The minimum is 3 seats. Request a quote and we'll confirm seat pricing and payment terms.
Can we add seats mid-term?
Yes. Additional seats are added and pro-rated to your renewal date, so everything renews together.
What's the "house standard"?
A shared set of commands, footnote and page-number presets, number formats, colours and keybinds, rolled out across a team so everyone's decks and models look and behave the same. It is in early access and rolling out to Team customers first. See Enterprise.
Do you offer a pilot?
Yes. Mention it in your quote request. We'll set up a short paid pilot for a small group before you commit the whole desk.
